Castro Valley Synergy is the competitive travel‑ball program of Castro Valley Girls Softball League, offering players a supportive environment to grow their skills and love for the game. Our focus is on helping girls improve their softball fundamentals, build confidence, and feel connected to a strong, positive community. Synergy provides a place where athletes can challenge themselves, support one another, and take pride in representing Castro Valley.

Travel ball operates differently from recreational league play, providing athletes with the opportunity to compete at a higher level and face stronger competition across the region. Synergy teams typically practice more frequently and participate in weekend tournaments, giving players additional game experience and structured skill development. The travel‑ball season often extends beyond the traditional rec season, offering year‑round opportunities with planned breaks to support player balance and well‑being. While the commitment is greater for both players and families, the experience is highly rewarding for athletes who are ready for more challenge, consistency, and competitive growth.

There are three seasons, Spring, Summer, and Fall, with each having own tryouts.
